Visit the OceanJet Manage Booking page by going to https://www.oceanjet.net/manage-booking. Choose either "Request Refund" or "Rebook" based on your needs.

If selecting "Request Refund":

1. Select the reason for refund from the options: Trip cancelled by carrier, Trip cancelled by passenger, Double booking, No ticket issued, Wrong ticket issued.

2. Indicate where the ticket was purchased: Travel agency, Chat to book, Website, or Ticketing office.

3. Provide the ticket details:

• Locate your e-ticket number at the top left part of your e-ticket.
• For the blue ticket, find the ticket number on the upper right corner of your physical boarding pass.

4. Input personal details

• Enter your name and last name as indicated on the ticket.

5. Input travel details:

• Enter the travel details as specified on the ticket.

6. Input contact details:

• Provide your contact information for communication.

7. Once submitted, the ticket/s will immediately be voided, and refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days.

If selecting "Rebook":

1. Choose the reason for rebooking: Change of plan, Trip cancelled by carrier, Trip cancelled by passenger.

2. Indicate where the ticket was purchased: Travel agency, Chat to book, Website, or Ticketing office.

3. Provide the ticket details:

• Locate your e-ticket number at the top left part of your e-ticket.
• For the blue ticket, find the ticket number on the upper right corner of your physical boarding pass.

4. Choose your preferred date for rescheduling the ticket.

5. Input contact details:

• Provide your contact information for communication.

Be aware that refund and rebooking surcharges may apply. Check the surcharges through https://www.oceanjet.net/manage-booking.
