OceanJet reserves the right to transport passengers to the port of destination stated on the ticket by any reasonable means necessary. In the event that transportation cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
If the voyage is cancelled by OceanJet, a full refund of the ticket value will be given. However, for tickets purchased for normal voyages that are voluntarily cancelled by the passenger, a full refund will not be given, and OceanJet will impose surcharges on the returned tickets.

If the vessel departs and the ticket has not been checked in, a 60% refund of the ticket value can be obtained upon demand. For checked-in tickets, a 50% refund of the ticket value will be provided if the vessel has not departed..

Each passenger is allowed only one piece of hand-carried baggage. The baggage must not exceed fifteen (15) kilograms in weight and must have dimensions that do not exceed 25 cm x 35 cm x 40 cm. Valuables should be placed in the hand-carried baggage.
Unclaimed baggage will remain in Oceanjet’s custody for thirty (30) days. After that period, any unclaimed baggage will be disposed of.
If a passenger is found to have a contagious disease, they will not be allowed to board the vessel. Passengers with minor ailments must present a medical clearance issued by a physician or competent medical practitioner. Before traveling, passengers should consider the well-being of other passengers on board the vessel.
Pregnant women who are less than or equal to 28 weeks or 7 months into their pregnancy must sign a waiver of liability in favor of the carrier. Pregnant women who are 4 to 7 months into their pregnancy must present a medical certificate attesting to their fitness to undertake sea travel, otherwise, the carrier reserves the right to deny them boarding the vessel. Those who have exceeded the allowable pregnancy period may be denied boarding by the carrier.
Plants, vegetables, fish and other similar items should be properly packed and sealed for them to be allowed on board the vessel. A Quarantine Permit must be secured and presented for the plants, fish and vegetables and other similar items to be brought on board.
Passengers who are carrying a firearm must turn it over to the Vessel Captain and head security before boarding. The firearm can only be claimed upon arrival of the vessel at the port of destination.
